Athletes often face injuries as a result of their participation in sport or other recreation activities. In order to relieve pain, improve sports performance and prevent injuries, effectively using sports taping can help stabilize joints, strengthen muscle performance, improve the problem of muscle imbalance, assist joints alignment and protect the ligaments. This course focuses on the common sports injuries that may occur to young athletes in different body parts (Upper & Lower limb); introduces and demonstrates sports taping techniques, including therapy elastic bandaging and rayon taping. 

運動員練習或參加比賽時,難免面對受傷的情況。為了減輕痛楚、改善運動表現並防止受傷,有效地使用運動貼紮可以幫助穩定關節,增強肌肉性能,亦可以改善肌肉失衡問題,並幫助關節對齊及保護韌帶。本課程側重於了解年輕運動員在身體不同部位(上肢和下肢)的常見運動損傷;並會介紹及示範運動貼紮技術,包括醫用彈性繃帶和Rayon人造絲肌效貼。
